For Gembah, we used React on the frontend and Django, a Python framework, on the backend. As a JavaScript developer, I was familiar with Python from solving LeetCode problems, so Python itself wasn't a big challenge. However, Django was a new technology for me. To bridge the gap, I often Googled for Django equivalents of Node.js concepts. For instance, if I needed to create middleware, I would search for how to implement it in Django similarly to Node.js. This approach provided a very good learning experience for me.
